We will partner with companies or management teams looking to maximize value through management or leveraged buyouts. We believe maintaining a control position is essential to unlocking value for our investors. Through judicial use of leverage coupled with strong management stewardship and operational oversight, we offer our investors high risk adjusted returns with minimal downside.
We look to invest in LBO transactions only in sectors in which we can offer management expertise. In addition, we will work closely with management and put in place the appropriate incentives to fine tune every aspect of the business towards cash flow generation and fast debt repayment over our investment horizon of 3 to 5 years.
Our extensive experience in public and private markets ensures that an appropriate exit will always be available to monetize the value created for both our investors and management partners.
