We will invest our own capital, either standalone or as a member of an investor group, in mature Middle Market private businesses. We will also consider select early stage venture transactions only when our operational expertise can be deployed to significantly improve the value of our investment.
Our preferred approach is to partner with management on an exclusive basis, focusing on value creation for all stakeholders. We will work in close cooperation with management to provide the necessary financial, strategic and operational expertise until a successful exit becomes appropriate. We will nurture the growth of our portfolio companies by providing additional capital and know-how for opportunistic add-on acquisitions.
We will always invest at low absolute valuations ensuring the highest possible returns irrespective of economic cycles.
