We will assist distressed or near-distressed companies by driving the workout process and restructuring operations. We will also assume key managerial positions to expedite the restructuring plan and reduce value leakage. In addition, we will invest our capital throughout the turnaround process, usually starting with heavy recapitalization, balance sheet restructuring and asset divestiture.
